Not even the writings of a million scholars will be sufficient to fathom the grandeur of the Sathya Sai Avatar! How can one describe, HE who was, is and always will be? Sathya Sai Baba is the source of creation representing both the masculine and feminine aspect of Divinity. He verily is the Trinty of Creation (Brahma), Preservation (Vishnu) and Destruction (Shiva). It is the very first time that an Avatar has had such a global impact and adoration-the glory of previous Avatars manifested only after their physical departure. Sathya Sai Baba was different. His Love spread to every corner of this globe from India to Asia, from the North to the South of America, from the East to West of Europe, from North to South of Africa and to Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific there is not a country today where the glory of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba is not sung and nor is there a place where the Sathya Sai Organisation and the devotees are not present. The Sai Organisation and Devotees of Sai are dedicating themselves towards the implementation of Human Values programs and service projects as exemplified and taught by the Divine Master. The Educare, Sociocare and Healthcare projects undertaken by Divinity incarnate Himself in Puttaparthi have become blueprints for both the developing and the modern world. The single statement of His cemented the fact that the Universal God, the master of all, had come for all HIS children. He said, "I have not come here to disturb any faith - if you are a Christian, become a better Christian, and so on. All religions are pathways to the same One God. Let different faiths exist; Let the Glory of God be sung in differere languages in a variety of tunes, as long as it does not extinguish the flame of unity and love." And for the millions who were touched by God accumulated over thousands and thousands of births, that Himself? May be it has yet to sink in the good fortune, we walked on the earth at a time when God decided to descend from the highest heavens of 'Vaikuntha' to this transitory plain, in flesh and blood, speaking, interacting, blessing, guiding and making this world a better place, where once again, Purity, Unity & Divinity reign supreme! The glory of His Avatarhood will continue to expand (this is the norm that has followed every Avatar after his 'physical departure' as we usher in the "Golden Age"! Those that have been touched by the "Darshan" (seeing the Divinity in human form), "Sparshan" (touching the Lotus of Feet of Divinity) and "Sambhashanam" (conversation with the Divine form), there is much to do. We cannot sit and float in the realms of mediocrity and wait for others to carry out the task at hand. His mission is now in our hands. The Lord does not need anybody to carry out His sacred Divine mission, however, the opportunity that HE grants us must be taken by both hands with purity, humility, reverence and a sense of ownership. Our role must, therefore, manifest in four ways: (1) Bhakti Yoga - Loving and worshipping the Lord through intense 'Namasmarana' so as to purify ourselves and attain the state of Unity with Divinity; (2) Jnana Yoga - intense study of literature enabling us to understand the teachings of God and gaining the knowledge of Advaita which results in union with Divinity; (3) Dhyana Yoga the practice of contemplation and meditation where we tap into our 'super- conscious' mind and experience 'Satchitananda' (being-awareness-bliss); (4) Karma Yoga - serving God through serving our fellov men, a principle which develops oneness with Divinity, kills the ego and helps us across the ocean of life, where we merge with Divinity, ending the cycle of birth and death. The word of Sai is perhaps the complete sum total of all religions, philosophies and teachings. The prescriptions from sacred texts such as the Holy Bible, Bhagavad Gita, Holy Quran and from the Vedas and Puraanas are perfectly converged into the words and teachings of Sathya Sai. His words are simple - "Love All, Serve All"; "Help Ever, Hurt Never; "Love is God, live in Love"; "Start the day with Love, spend the day with Love, end the day with Love - this is the way to God." Profound teachings and a clear pathway to GOD! Dear seekers of truth, brothers and sisters of all faiths, let us internalize our journey and find the Divinity that exists within. Let us expand this knowledge of the self to realize that the same inherent Divinity exists in all beings. Let us become His instruments and re-kindle the spirit of unity and humanness that is unfortunately devoid in this world where crime, war, negativity, power, ego, anger, jealousy, pride and lust rule the minds of man. Do not wait for God, rather, make HIM happy by telling Him "Oh Lord, here I am. I want to love You and serve You till my last breath. Make me a flute wherein You dictate the tune and the music. I am Yours and You are mine. Let us together dance the cosmic dance!"
