About the Book This book is. Gloria Blake's journey with Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. She walks in the light of Sai through the journey of life on the bridge, which is depicted on the front cover page of this book: Her experiences are varied and interesting. Conscious of Swami's, teachings in all her dealings with people, and in keeping with the famous saying of Baba, "Manava Seva is Madhava Seva" (Service to man is service to God), she has been serving in the Sri Sathya Sal General Hospital at Puttaparthy for the last 20 years, on Bhagavan's behest.

Preface Many people on different occasions asked me if a second book, on some of Sri Sathya Sai Baba's teachings, would be coming, as a follow up to the first one. I have read very little about His teachings, but have been trying very hard to live it. Maybe this is how I should practice my daily living by writing about what I try to do! So here I am, trying my best to live by first-hand experiences. I find it somewhat difficult to start, but His guidance is with me every day and at every step. After coming home from work at the Hospital, I would sit, and elevate my feet on the bed, close my eyes and concentrate. Sometimes I would ask my guardian angel for help to overcome the obstacles that I face. One day while sitting with my feet elevated on the bed, a message from within said, "Meditate on the LORD and He will guide your writing, and it will be like a MANTRA." The voice was very clear, as if someone was with me and talking to me. This was when I wrote a letter to our Lord Sai asking for guidance, and then placed it on Swami's Samadhi (tomb) asking Him for help.
