With over three years of teaching experience and four years as a clinical advisor, he is currently an Assistant Professor at Gaur Brahman Ayurvedic College, Rohtak. His initial training in Ayurveda was under the guidance of Vaidya Ramesh Chandra Sharma, the Chief Physician at Mohta Ayurvedic Rasayan Shala, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
A permanent member of the British Council for Complementary Therapies since 2018, he co-founded Aayush Wellness Hub in 2021. His books Ayurveda Sanskrit Sudha, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, and Svasthavritta Sammuchchaya are well-regarded. He has presented at over 15 conferences and published seven research papers in reputed journals.
Dr. Mannat Marwaha, a native of Ludhiana district, Punjab, completed his BAMS and MD in Swasthvritta from Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic College, Paprola, Himachal Pradesh. With over a decade of teaching experience, he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students, specializing in Ayurvedic dietetics and lifestyle modifications. Currently, Dr. Marwaha serves as an Assistant Professor at Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Dehradun. His academic achievements include publishing over 20 scientific papers, receiving the S. Radhakrishnan Award, and co-guiding eleven postgraduate scholars. He has authored the book "Pathya Vivechana" and actively participates in conferences, workshops, and CME programs, demonstrating his commitment to community service. Dr. Marwaha's expertise and dedication have made him a respected figure in the field of Ayurveda.
