Preface
This book is born from an extraordinary moment in history-a time when the world stood still, gripped by fear, uncertainty, and profound loss. During the global COVID-19 pandemic, physical distancing became necessary, yet the longing for spiritual connection only grew stronger. In response to this need, Swami Anand Arun started holding Zoom sessions with seekers from around the world. These 'Shaktipat, Satsang & Meditation' Zoom sessions were primarily hosted by Osho Nirvana Ashram in San Diego, USA, and Osho Aastha Meditation Centre in Sydney, Australia, in collaboration with Osho Tapoban, Kathmandu, Nepal. What unfolded was a rare and intimate exchange-questions from the heart met with answers rooted in deep meditative experience and the living wisdom of a life devoted to the path of Osho. These dialogues are more than guidance; they act as a compassionate mirror for the soul.
Swami Anand Arun addresses real human struggles-grief, fear of death, mental restlessness, and the burden of isolation. Through it all, he gently guides us back to the core of our being, where peace and clarity reside.
At the heart of this guidance lies the invisible grace of the Master. Osho is not merely a teacher; he is a living presence, a force that continues to awaken and transform seekers. To walk the path of meditation under the shelter of such a master is a rare blessing and to remain connected to a Buddhafield like Osho Tapoban is to remain nourished by that grace. In times of chaos, the Buddhafield becomes a refuge where growth continues, and transformation deepens. It reminds us that we are not alone-that there is a space where truth is still honoured, where love and awareness are the foundation of life.
The Silence That Answers is a reflection of that space. It is a spiritual companion for seekers-both new and experienced-who wish to stay anchored amidst the storm. May these answers bring comfort, inspiration, and renewed commitment to your inner journey. And may they lead you, gently but surely, back to the silence that has always been within you.
