Science is commonly known as systematized knowledge derived from observation, study and experimentation. But the term "Spiritual Science" seems absurd as it does not cope with lab-based-frame of science and advanced technological apparatus. However "Spirituality" has its own stand as a belief and a philosophical doctrine of soul as distinguished from the body. It is generally understood as a devotional thing consisting of elements of certain religion. Sometimes it also points to supernatural disposition. But the real sense of the term "Spiritual Science" points to observation of natural display of vastness of human being in fitness with inner and outer world. It combines both physical and non-physical planes of life. Moreover, it is an area of multidisciplinary nature covering major aspects of Science, Arts, Humanities, Medicines, Techno-Social tracts as well as cultural basics.
Let us feel to talk something about so called Spiritual Science. The knowledge that ensue from human mind realizes its limitation and mostly takes its recourse to the work force. No doubt, man is a substratum of God. But he is never seen to be God as we depict in our scriptures or in any book. It is only the realized features of God has been described to have the idea for further realization. Moreover, the factor which imposes limitation is "Time". Time is not sensed directly through the sense organ of human being. Science time is the nearest subservient of to Atman "the supreme soul" and hovers above sense organs it becomes difficult for a man to conquer time through his workforce. But "time" is sensed.
But the process is so subtle that no sense organs is able to captivate it. It is only recognized in the form of a change.
The question of achievement is always there in a life. This may be worldliness which is intelligible. But the thing that stands beyond the world is mysterious. How to know such mystery is a question because it is so subtle that the human mind fails to catch it.
The world is mysterious itself when viewed deeply. But the mind which functions from Muladhara to Sahasrara i.e. from the first energy center subsisting in and around the spinal cord. To the final center of liberation, dissolves itself into knowledge when it enters into the mysterious line of knowledge-based-bliss. It is therefore necessary to achieve "the mind" through spiritual procedures and keep it, apart to realize such mystery.
Once the mind is achieved one gets spiritual attainment. This attainment is of four kinds namely (1) Bhutasiddhi "material achievement", (2) Artha-Siddhi "attainment of desirables", (3) Tattva-Siddhi "attainment of pure wisdom" and (4) Iśvara-Siddhi "attainment of knowledge-based-bliss".
These are major and important ideas of spiritual science which may be taken up for study and practice for a better future.
