Author is by profession an Electrical Engineer. Her hobbies are painting, visiting remote hilly places, writing poetry and books on spiritualism.
The book is an autobiography of a person explaining how she achieved her worldly goals and spiritual aim in her life. Her kundalini got awakened and she had to face lots of physical problems. The book gives symptoms of awakening of kundalini, experiences on awakening, the problems faced when this energy rises and the solution to get recovered.
It is autobiography of a person who found in her life that, efforts in life along with positive attitude and determination to achieve the goal brings most of the desired results in time as the help comes from all angles. But there are incidences written in fate because of past karmas which cannot be stopped.
Living in this world in family life, looking after her worldly duties, Pooja started on spiritual path, her Kundalini got awakened and she could achieve Self realization. She could see many visions and experienced bliss which is not achieved even by many who live as hermit in jungle leaving every material things of life. It is possible to live in this world attending to all the duties; unattached with aim to attain Self-realization.
All the experiences are given in this book along with the symptoms of Kundalini awakening, difficulties one may face on spiritual path and the method to solve the difficulties. Also the human mechanism and Kundalini along with all the chakras in the body has been explained with diagrams.
Only by going deep, she could find the solution to solve the difficulties and problems that occur in this path. Experiences one may have on spiritual path are so strange that it may be difficult for a worldly person to believe in them. They may think that it is hallucinations. But this is a true story and gives the insight of endeavors of worldly life and life on spiritual path.
