The dress is sleeveless with a high neck and work all around it. The Zardozi work consists of gold and silver Kora and Dabka work. Kora and Dabka are small gold and silver wires that are turned to give a beautiful shape and then stitched on to the dress. This is typically courtly tradition, One that is carried out to this day in the northern wedding costumes in India. There are small star shaped butis on the entire dress. This dress is accompanied by a salwar with a loose bottom which becomes tight towards the ankles.
The dupatta is in plain green satin with star shaped butis and Zardozi worh on the border.
