Made with pure brass, the aureole has a simple rectangular base with a vegetation motif etched on it. Two pillars shaped like elephant tusks emerge from their lotus bases and combine on the top with a mesmerizing foliage structure. A ghanti or bell hangs from the center of aureole and inside the tusks are images of Ganapati in his benevolent roopa and as a divine musician, infusing the composition with holiness.
