The Artisan's Hand

Each curve and detail of this piece is meticulously brought to life through the traditional lost-wax casting technique, a method honed over generations. Crafted from lustrous brass, its substance speaks to the dedication of the artisan who shaped it, imbuing it with a palpable sense of spirit. You’ll appreciate the nuanced textures and the subtle variations that mark its handcrafted origin, a departure from mass-produced imitations.

Divine Adornment and Form

This striking figure is presented with an elaborate circular halo, radiating divine power and framing the serene countenance. You’ll observe the intricate necklace and belt adorning the form, each element thoughtfully rendered to convey status and sacred significance. The figure stands approximately 11 inches tall, with a balanced width of 4.5 inches and a depth of 3.5 inches, creating a substantial yet elegant presence. The dynamic posture and the accompanying stylized weapon and shield suggest a protector, poised and vigilant.

Echoes of Ancestral Worship

This sculpture draws inspiration from the rich tapestry of tribal deities revered across various indigenous communities. Representing a powerful female deity, often associated with protection and prosperity, it connects you to ancient traditions of worship and reverence. The stylized features and symbolic accoutrements are characteristic of folk art from regions where such deities are central to community life and spiritual practices.

A Cherished Sanctuary

Imagine this piece gracing your meditation corner, a bookshelf of esteemed artifacts, or a central display table where its commanding presence can be fully appreciated. It is ideal for those seeking to infuse their home with a sense of history, spirituality, and the profound beauty of handcrafted art. You’ll find it elevates any environment, becoming a conversation starter and a source of quiet contemplation.

Enduring Legacy

To preserve the rich patina and intricate details of your brass creation, we recommend gentle dusting with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can detract from the natural beauty of the metal. Proper care ensures that this piece will continue to radiate its divine energy and artisanal splendor for generations, becoming a treasured heirloom.

How to keep a Brass statue well-maintained?

Brass statues are known and appreciated for their exquisite beauty and luster. The brilliant bright gold appearance of Brass makes it appropriate for casting aesthetic statues and sculptures. Brass is a metal alloy composed mainly of copper and zinc. This chemical composition makes brass a highly durable and corrosion-resistant material. Due to these properties, Brass statues and sculptures can be kept both indoors as well as outdoors. They also last for many decades without losing all their natural shine.

Brass statues can withstand even harsh weather conditions very well due to their corrosion-resistance properties. However, maintaining the luster and natural beauty of brass statues is essential if you want to prolong their life and appearance.

  • The best and simplest way to maintain a brass statue is to clean it at least twice a week using a soft cloth or cotton rag. This will prevent dust from accumulating on the surface. Dusting is especially important for outdoor statues since it is prone to dust accumulation much more than indoors.

  • To give a natural shine and luster to the statue, you may apply coconut or olive oil using cotton on every portion. You can use a toothbrush to get to the small crevices but do not be too harsh. This will make the brass statue appear fresh and new with a polished look.

  • In case you have a colored brass statue, you may apply mustard oil using a soft brush or clean cloth on the brass portion while for the colored portion of the statue, you may use coconut oil with a cotton cloth.

Brass idols of Hindu Gods and Goddesses are especially known for their intricate and detailed work of art. Nepalese sculptures are famous for small brass idols portraying Buddhist deities. These sculptures are beautified with gold gilding and inlay of precious or semi-precious stones. Religious brass statues can be kept at home altars. You can keep a decorative brass statue in your garden or roof to embellish the area and fill it with divinity.
