This polysilk sari comes in a ever favourite party color of black with small silver butis that look like stars on a black sky. The border of the sari has a series of floral and creeper pattern in golden color threads forming a contrast to the body color. The pallav is really intricate with an elaborate floral weave and small silver butis to enhance the beauty of the pallav. In between the pallav are large oranately carved and woven mango leaf patterns.
This sari was woven in the ancient town of Banaras, also known as Kashi or Varanasi.
This sari makes an excellent party wear.
