Beyond Borders is, as the name suggests, a quick look at the various miracles of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in countries beyond the borders of Puttaparthi, India. Swami's name and fame, as predictions envisaged, have spread to every corner of the world and there is not a place where man will not know this great Avatar who descended on earth in human form on November 23rd 1926. Very often we hear some people expressing negative remarks as to Swami's miracles. Some even say that His miracles are only within the borders of India, which is erroneous. Volumes have been written not only by devotees throughout the world, but too, articles of great miracles have been appearing in Sanathana Sarathi ever since its inauguration. This book has attempted to include a few miracles that have occurred in many countries in the world, as far as possible, to dispel the notion that Bhagavan's miracles were only centered in India. It must be said that what is detailed in this book is only a tip of the iceberg. A greater part of uneasiness among many is the expected arrival of the Golden Age as promised by Swami. Perhaps a detail reading will open the realm of understanding as what constitutes the 'Golden Age Critics have voiced some dissatisfaction as to the whole matter of the arrival of the Golden Age and why it has not come given to the fact of incessant wars, upheavals and the like, people today are undergoing. To answer this question, a number of articles have been introduced especially the topic on "Transformation." The key to the 'Golden Age' can be elucidated in one's own way of life which will form the starting point towards the answer to it. Swami has reiterated that He uses His Shakti (power) to attract people and to draw them towards the Godward path. These miracles are mere baits with which He lures them towards Him. Once their faith is firmly established, they begin to look beyond the miracles and slowly start stretching their hands out for what he had really come to give, Knowledge and Bliss. There can be no limit for Sai Power, no hindrance, no opposition or obstacles. The contents of this book can, in my opinion, lead one from darkness to the bright light of transformation the very essence for the Golden Age. Construction of a strong bridge requires an equally strong foundation.

Devotees have a great deal to talk about Baba's Omnipresence, Omnipotence and Omniscient Attributes beyond the very borders of Prasanthi Nilayam. There will be no man on earth who will not know the Lord, in whichever part of the world he is. A few have deluded themselves by asserting that Swami's miracles are within India. Three important aspects have been addressed viz., Miracles throughout the world, Transformation and finally the Golden Age. Swami's declaration on November, 23 1968 has the greatest meaning and answer: "Many hesitate to believe that things will improve, that life will be happy for all and full of joy; and that the Golden Age will recur...... This book also allays the fears of some doubting minds as to the divine declaration. Is the 'Golden Age' to be given on a golden plate without we the humans ourselves transforming first by realising that we are god ourselves! Would not this be the day, the long awaited 'Golden Age' will be fully experienced!
