Introduction
Yog and asana are very popular concepts today. An unfortunate fallout of popularity is that the subject gets diluted. Through this book, I wish to inform readers that yog and asana, though generally prescribed for health physical health to be precise, have an aim much beyond popular conception. In some places, I may come off as unpleasant, but in my opinion it is important to be straightforward, keeping in mind that the subject is to be understood in its true sense. This book is not intended to impart knowledge about how to do an asana or which parts of the body are worked by certain asanas. Through this book, I intend to let the reader know that yog is for culturing oneself
