Most patients with CKD can be managed in primary care. Serial follow up is essential to identify patients at high risk of progression to advanced stages of CKD, including end-stage kidney disease Primary care clinicians must continue to work together with local nephrologists to improve the lives of those living with CKD. Most of the chapters in the book are informative and fully updated. I am sure that the primary care clinicians will certainly appreciate the relevant information described in this book.
