Margaret Chatterjee has been exploring various genres over the years, and finding different ways of sharing her wide interests. As a student in Oxford she studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics and later spent decades teaching at university level in several countries. She has done intensive research on Gandhi's life and thought and has been a prolific author of books which raise challenging issues in a highly readable form.
