The Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa-Vidyalaya is an educational organisation. Students are provided with the essential tools which enable them to discover and release what is eternally present within the consciousness of every human being. Students learn to use the power of thought to remove inner negativity and tension and at the same time increase their confidence and alertness. It is a totally natural process which can be best described as a living spirituality, one which is appropriate to all ages, cultures and ethnic backgrounds.
The Vishwa Vidyalaya has branches in over 50 countries. It is affiliated to the United Nations as a non-Governmental Organisation of the Department of Public Information and has consultative status with the Economic and Social Council and with UNICEF.
