Vedic mathematics is ancient methods of indian mathematics. It gives fast calculation of multiplication, division, square, square root, cube, cube root etc.
From this book, students are encouraged to do mental calculation rather than using pen and paper. Vedic maths provides answers in one line, as opposed to the several steps of traditional mathematics. Vedic maths comes from the vedas, more specifically the Atharve Veda. It was revived by Indian mathematician Jagadguru "Shree Bharati Krishna Tirtha Ji" between 1911 and 1918.
He published this work in a book called Vedic Mathematics in 1965. Bharati Krishna Tirtha was born in march 1884 in Puri village, Orissa, a state in India. A part from mathematics, he also excelled in science, Humanities, and Sanskrit as a students.
From this book, easly any one can understand about calculation of basic mathematics. If students are preparing about competition like (SSS, Bank, Railway, PO etc). Then It helps to improve their basic calculation of maths in few seconds.
It is also beneficial in his behavioral life, without calculation life is not survival in this time.
