Ganesha holds an exalted position not only in the Brahmanical faith but also in other contemporary religions of India, like Jainism & Buddhism. His adoration has reached a peak in these modern times.

In this picture, where draughtsmanship takes precedence over colour, we see Ganesha in different poses. The base is divided into three sections. The middle one is the widest, showing Ganesha in a dancing pose, standing under a niche. This six armed Ganesha holds his usual attributes, the elephant goad, axe, rosary and also a snake – the hood in his right hand and the rear portion in the left, the rest of the reptilian body falls behind his head. He uses another snake for his udarband (the stomach band). His left leg is bent at the knee. The right is also bent and the foot is raised on the inside. The other two sections are further divided holding Ganesha in different poses. There is one seated in padmasana in a frontal view. Two seated Ganesha images can be seen in profile in maharajalilasana and ardhparayankasana. The lowest on the right has nrtt Ganesha again. The dress and jewellery in all images is the same as are the attributes.

The artist has used a limited colour palette with more stress on linear details.

This is to inform you that the shipment of my order has arrived in perfect condition. The actual shipment took only less than two weeks, which is quite good seen the circumstances. I waited with my response until now since the Buddha statue was a present that I handed over just recently. The Medicine Buddha was meant for a lady who is active in the healing business and the statue was just the right thing for her. I downloaded the respective mantras and chants so that she can work with the benefits of the spiritual meanings of the statue and the mantras. She is really delighted and immediately fell in love with the beautiful statue. I am most grateful to you for having provided this wonderful work of art. We both have a strong relationship with Buddhism and know to appreciate the valuable spiritual power of this way of thinking. So thank you very much again and I am sure that I will come back again.
