A large group of people, traveling with a couple of animals is camping in this painting. Several figures are deftly painted against a landscape of knolls, rocks, plants and animals. In fact, heads and shoulders peep out from behind the rocks. The women are all dressed in a similar kind of dress and head gear. The men, however, are set up in superfluously ostentatious tents. The people are all involved in one activity or another - all activities being those of leisure e.g. reading a book, playing a flute, partaking sweets etc. The women are engaged in domestic chores like cooking and milking. The whole painting is a scene of flurry of activity. Plants and trees spring from every conceivable corner. Domesticated animals like the camel, cow and goat are evenly spread out. The picture transcends the border prescribed for it. It flows out on all sides and makes the utility of the border redundant. It is left with decorative value alone. The outer border, however, is Persian blue with golden plants painted all over. This contains the entire picture, together with the red smaller border.
