Here, the bust of an attractive woman, wearing tribal attire and accessories, has been cast by the cire-perdue process. The characteristic feature of this is that the clay core is relaxed within the metal covering, lending weight and strength to the product in spite of the thinness of the metal layer. Other than the face, which is smooth and perfectly shaped, rest of the piece has ribbed lines. The necklaces are not part of the casting and are added externally. The sharp nose, the finely shaped mouth and wide eyes display perfect features.
