This pure silk sari comes in a dark purple color and a plain body. The border of the sari consists of carved flowers and ferns that are a wonderful depiction of the rich flora in nature. The pallav is equally exquisite with ornately woven large conch shaped designs with large arches and flowers. Conch again has a very religious symbolism in the Hindu way of life as it is blown in the beginning of any auspicious activity undertaken.
A great evening and party wear. It is accompanied by a silk blouse with woven grids and flowers inside them.
