Woven silks of India have been coveted the world over, since the earliest times. The saree is one of the most graceful of Indian attires; nothing surpasses it in sheer elegance and femininity.

This six yard of beauty in rust color falls gracefully down your waist. It is woven in silk and cotton mix - the silk thread accounts for the softness and richness of the saree and cotton for the sturdy quality of it. The color rust belongs to the family of reds, which in turn makes it fit for a happy occasion. The field is clear of any ornamentation. There is a border at the top and lower length of the saree in a running pattern in dull maroon, green and mustard resham threads. They do not stand out but blend in the main color of the saree. The same border forms the border for the pallav (the end piece) also. Inside this rectangular border are two rows of butis adequately spaced. Further inside is a rectangle made of several small rectangles, the pattern inside which is floral, woven in a complicated design.

Along with the saree comes an unstitched fabric for the blouse to be stitched according to your personal measurements (at no extra charge). This is also rust in color with a border and large butis similar to those in the pallav. The saree, pleated at the waist and the pall thrown back on the left shoulder will make you look more charming than charm itself. You'll feel proud to own this saree which is soft to touch, a treat to the eyes and a pleasure to wear.
