About About the Author
Dr. Srinivasa D., is Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi. He holds a Master's Degree in Social Work, 2012 and Ph.D. in Social Work, 2018 from the University of Mysore, Mysuru. He has eight years of service in various capacities, including professional, research assistant, and assistant professor. He has previously taught at the Sir M. V. P.G. Centre of University of Mysore's, Mysore as Project Fellow-UGC-UPE-Focus Area-Il and faculty of the University. He has served on the Boards of Studies and Examiners of several universities in the State. He has also worked as a Nodal Officer-Unnat Bharat Abhiyan at the Central University of Karnataka in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India. Several papers he has presented at national and international conferences. His articles have also appeared in prestigious national and international professional journals. He is actively involved in the writing and analysis of current events in newspaper articles published in professional Kannada daily newspapers. He has published six books in Social Work. He is serving as a elected Executive Member of Indian Society of Professional Social Work (ISPSW) and Karnataka Association of Professional Social Work (KAPSW)
