Book Description
Introduction

Yoga and Meditation are often called the "pathless path" because there is no well-defined path, and every truth seeker has to make his own path. Unlike conventional paths that have a fixed goal, structured steps, or external milestones, yoga and meditation dissolve the illusion of separation, revealing that what you seek is already within you. It is the journey of uniting with the Absolute-your true nature, which is truth (SAT), consciousness (CHIT) and bliss (ANANDA). Unlike fleeting pleasures that arise and fade with external conditions, true bliss is unchanging and ever-present. Through yoga and meditation, you move beyond temporary sensory gratifications, dissolving illusions that bind you. If the Absolute is the essence of bliss, then abiding in this blissful state becomes life's ultimate objective. Unlike transient pleasures that depend on external circumstances, perpetual bliss is an inherent trait of your being-unchanging and limitless. Yoga preaches you to transcend the distractions of the material world and the fluctuations of the mind. Yoga is not merely a practice of physical postures (asanas) but an insightful exploration of inner transformation. The foundation of traditional yoga begins with moral conduct (Yama) and personal observances (Niyama) which encourages ethical living and self-discipline. Only with this foundation one can tread on the pathless path of yoga and meditation. Next is a physical posture (asana) which makes your spine strong and flexible. It also purifies and strengthens the body, preparing it for long-sitting. Breath awareness pranayama) refines the life force (prana) balancing the mind and energy. The inner yoga begins with withdrawal of senses (pratyahara), shifting awareness inward. Meditation (dhyana) is not the starting point-it comes once you master all limbs of outer yoga. It is just one of the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga, and yoga itself is a vast discipline that encompasses much more than just meditation. Its purpose is to refine and elevate consciousness, guiding it back to its original state of purity and awareness. Through disciplined practice incorporating ethical living, breathe balance, meditation and self-inquiry-yoga dissolves conditioned patterns and self-imposed limitations. As embodied consciousness returns to its source, a deep sense of contentment arises, untouched by external circumstances. Peace is no longer something to seek; it becomes the natural state of being. In this state, one transcends the boundaries of identity, fear, and separation, merging with the vast flow of existence. Yoga is not about becoming someone new but remembering who you truly are-limitless and aware. Ultimately, yoga leads to Samadhi (absorption in the Absolute), where the illusion of division dissolves, and one experiences pure consciousness and bliss.
