The sari has small floral butis that are artistically woven on the plain black body. The combination of black and golden color looks heavenly. The border of the sari is very ornately done with carved windows and dancing peacocks and beautiful mango leaves.
The pallav is also very rich with large squares of ornate flowers woven inside. In between the squares is a large matted pattern with flowers artistically woven into the pattern. Around the matted patterns are dancing peacocks and mango leaves.
This sari is a treat for any formal occasion.
