This sari has the weave that resembles the ornate weaves of Benares. The body of the sari is in a parrot green color with small floral butis that are closely woven and make the sari look full. The border of the sari has ornately carved floral patterns reminiscent of the ancient architecture of India. The pallav is fabulous with carved arches and large floral patterns along with well-carved leaves. The sari is accompanied by a blouse, which is similarly woven with small floral butis as on the body of the sari.
