Life is a beautiful Relay Race of knowledge in various fields of arts and sciences ie. from the invention of a wheel, to bul lock cart, to bicycle, to motor car. to Aeroplane, to Rocket and then landing on the moon and safe return to the mother-earth really a great achievement! Again from the discovery of a cell to unraveling the full structure of Genome which now shows the promise to eradicate all human diseases. Word/Mantra is accepted as Brahman/God by most of the major religions of the world. Its full potentiality has been ex-plored and utilized to cure all human ailments and help us to live healthy hundred years, without the on-set of any crippling old age infirmities. Blockage in the flow of life energy which causes disease is rectified by cleansing and energising the sixteen chakras and eleven energy meridians with their seed words/mantras to vivify them to obtain radiant health. Our sages knew the healing power of mantras and usually passed on the knowledge to their disciples, mostly orally. Thus, it never became a Science of Healing. I am a Nuclear Physicist by profession and since my retirement from Deptt. of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India, at the age of 60 years on 31st May. 1990. I have been working for the last 11 years in researching the power of the words to heal us and to make it an open chapter, and a very potent science in healing chronic old age diseases which are so far termed incurable and affect almost 1/5th of the mankind. For this, I came across a very authentic book on Yoga. "The Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga by Swami-Vishnudevananda published in September, 1972 by Pocket Books, New York, where-in, on page 323 are given the list of words which can give resonant sonic vibrations to various energy gates in our body. called chakras, known by our Hindu sages through intensive meditation. Also I came across a very meaningful article in Scientific American, a few years prior to my retirement, where using Ultra Sonic Waves, the entropy of the system was made reversible words to rejuvenate myself and reverse old age? I was getting my imagination. Why not use the power of the resonant sound old and having been a workaholic and also having been exposed to lot of harmful Atomic Radiations during my 36 years of service in the Deptt. of Atomic Energy, particularly because, we were the first lot of scientific personnel in India to work in this, so far unknown field of Atomic Energy and Atomic radiations being invisible. I had been exposing myself: inadvertently to these dangerous radiations. Thus at the age of my retirement at 60 years, I was biologically seventy years old person and for me to die afflicted with cancer was the most dreaded thought. I am not afraid of Death, as I have been face to face with death many times in my adventurous life, but I wanted to die young-walking fit, without being burdened with old age dis-eases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases for which there is as yet no cure found. With this aim, I started coining breath-ing mantras to see their effect on my body/mind system. The result was very healsome and I started experienceing the on-rush of bio-energy currents in my hands and brain and in-between the two eyebrows, giving me a feeling as if my Divine Third Eye is going to develop slowly and steadily and I occa-sionally see the blue diamond glow in the 3rd Eye. This gave me an impetus to continue this journey of searching the power of Healing Words.

Dr. L.R. Chowdhry M.Sc., Ph. D. has been a Nuclear physicist by profession, with brilliant academic and research record. He was initiated into Transcendental meditation in Hyderabad in 1976 and later participated in a conference on Science and Transcendental Meditation; in which Maharishi Mahesh Yogi was present. For the last 11 years, since his retirement in 1990, he has applied his keen scientific intellect in studying the effect of each spoken word on various Astral Body Chakras and their healing effect on various gross body ailments. Based on this. he read a paper entitled "The Role of Healing Words in Managing Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Diseases", in First International Conference on Yoga in Daily Life, held in December, 1996 in New Delhi. Since then, many more papers have been read in various International conferences on Yoga/Alternative Therapy. This work has been acclaimed as a very powerful technique in Self Healing. Based on this study, he has written a book entitled Pranic Healing using Breathing with Healing Mantras published by B. Jain Publisher (P) LTD., Pahar Ganj. New Delhi-110055 (1997). Through his further dedicated work and spiritual intelligence obtained through mantra Yoga, he has been able to discover the seed words of eight more body chakras and eleven energy meridians which are described in this book. He has elevated ordinary walking to Meditative walking to bring about Equipoise. and further raise the energy levels of the body with synergetic mantras while walking. Thus, he is a modern enlightened Rishi who has discovered the seed words of Palm Chakras to help heal the whole humanity.
