The book titled "Yogic and Naturopathic Treatment for Common Ailments" published by Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy with an objective to make the common public aware of simple yogic and naturopathic treatment modalities so that they utilize them in their daily life and be healthy. About 35,000 copies have been sold out in its first and second edition, which shows great need for these modalities and its efficacy.

Yoga & Naturopathy system is becoming quite popular among the masses as it is safe, economical and simple drugless therapies. World over many renowned institutions are engaged in its research and are widely accepted. Today, diseases are related to stress, tension, fast-life, wrong eating and sleeping habits, sedentary way of life and iatrogenic diseases due to side effects and after-effects of drugs are in steep increase. In this regard, these drugless therapies, is the need of the hour. This book is an humble effort in this regard. However, it is not a substitute for the treatments available in naturopathy and yoga hospitals and consultations of naturopathy and yoga physicians. Yoga and Naturopathy system provides a comprehensive treatment modalities for prevention of diseases, management of diseases and rehabilitation and promotion of health. Most of the techniques have been and are being scientifically evaluated through constant ongoing research activities in the language needed to present masses, though these sciences were thoroughly observed and experimented by our seers, for centuries.
