Walking towards the grove, arms around each other, Radha and Krishna are contained in a world of their own. Unlike in most images, Krishna wears a long jama and pyjama; a wide, green waistband and a pink shoulders cloth are accessories to his attire. Krishna's head gear is a local adaptation of a crown. His body is blue and the face holds the rotundity and exuberance of noveau youth - the wide eyes and a small smiling mouth. Radha, whose face can be seen in profile, has maturity and grace about her. Her ghagra, choli and odhini may be of different hues but derived out of red colour - a hue of passion and energy. She holds Krishna's flute and the latter extends his hands asking for it. They are both engulfed in a green halo. This description by Renu Rana.
