Goddess Lakshmi is a divine deity of the Hindu pantheon and is considered as the Goddess of good fortune, wealth and prosperity. She is the wife of Lord Vishnu and takes different forms with each of his incarnations. She is usually depicted as sitting on a lotus flower, clad in a red saree. She holds a lotus in two of her hands. The lower right hand is held in the Abhaya Mudra (assurance of freedom from fear) while the lower left-hand drops a cascade of gold coins.
Exotic India has an amazing collection of Goddess Lakshmi sculptures in various postures and forms such as Standing Lakshmi, Deep Lakshmi, Gaja Lakshmi etc. Keeping the statue of Goddess Lakshmi is considered auspicious and brings wealth and fortune to the household.
Can we keep Lakshmi's idol facing south?
Goddess Lakshmi in Hinduism is the provider of
eternal luxuries and success in spiritual and material actions. The Lakshmi
idol in your home or Puja temple should be placed in the north or northeast
direction. What this means is, the goddess will
face south when placed in the North, while the devotee will face North when
they worship Devi Lakshmi. Thus, per Vastu's
prescriptions, you can keep a Lakshmi idol facing the South.
we keep Lakshmi Narayana idol at home?
Lord Narayana is the
Supreme Lord and the cause of all causes. His eternal consort Lakshmi
always engages herself in the loving devotional service of the Lord and is
therefore depicted standing beside Him. Keeping their idol at home is very
auspicious and invokes pure devotion towards the Lotus feet of Lord
Narayana through the mercy of Goddess
Lakshmi. This is the very goal of human life.
you have lakshmi Kuberar coins?
Traditionally, Lord Kuber
is worshiped along with Goddess Lakshmi on Amavasya day. However, Shri Kuber is
also worshiped on DhanTrayodashi or Dhanteras during Diwali festivities.
Lakshmi Kuber Coins,
the essence of wealth and prosperity, is a beautiful collection of 108 brass
coins polished with gold, embossed with Goddess
Lakshmi on one side and Lord Kubera with his wife on the other side. Some
coins are also shown as Lakshmi Kubera on one side & Kubera Yantra/Lakshmi
on another side of the coin.
They are to be used for
Archana while chanting 108 Lakshmi-Kubera mantras during Lakshmi Kuber Pooja
every Thursday. First offer a significant amount of wealth to Kubera. This
small offer would open the channel to receive multiple wealth in return. The
sound of coins in the Kubera pot would make goddess Lakshmi happy. She will
arrive in our home with prosperity.
Pooja coins can be used
instead of flowers for kubera Lakshmi pooja, a festival of Deepavali, Akshaya
Tritiya, and all auspicious days while chanting 108 mantras. This coin brings
more spiritual feelings than ordinary flower pooja.
